Rating: Cancellation Left by: Comadvan (57 ) On: 12/16/2008 For: 1985 Ymaha Tri-Z ATC (Three-Wheeler)	A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I have been in contact and rescheduled with the present owner of the Tri Z. Ill be out there this weekend and have it back to spencer for delivery on tuesday. PS. USHIP.. if your TSP's are rejecting the cancellation we need reasons to reject!! all reasons are for a cancel which im not doing.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Buyer is no longer willing to wait for shipper to pick-up and deliver. Original agreement was for the 3rd week of November the service provider he can no longer make it at that time, and it is uncertain when he will be able to pick this ATC up. Shipper did communicate well, but buyer has hired another agent, this is out of my hands.
Response from Comadvan:
Seller booked shipment for 200.00 with a four week wait, I booked job to help someone out.. new owner then at scheduled week cancelled my shipment with shipper for a freind that cost more that was in area. Actual shipper was very helpful, new owner of atc was the cause of this cancellation NOT shipper. I agree to this because the shipper had no other option.
