To begin with everything was very good. As my first time using this site they were very helpful and talked me though all of the details. They also really worked with my budget. But upon delivery I was informed that they had a leak in their truck which caused all my things to be extremely wet. It was obvious that my stuff had been wet for a while. The top of one dresser, the entire second dresser, and the hall tree had extensive water damage to them. One of the boxes fell apart when picked up.

Unfortunatelly accidents happen..! the thing is after the incident we took the responsibility to pay the damages to the customer at the spot.. we would have appriciated if that was mentioned. but we understand customer is upset.. we work harder not to let this happen again..

Delivered in same condition in time frame specified. Both guys were very nice and went above and beyond what they were required. I would definately recommend!

Excellent customer service and work ethic! They were on time for the job and were even early on the delivery. They took extra care in blanketing and loading all valuable items. Communicated very well and handled everything very professionally. Very pleasant to work with. Would definitly recommend!

After an initial stall, I was more than pleased with the move. My daugher had her belongings shipped from California to Georgia. She was kept informed along the way. She was given at least a day's notice of her belongings arrival. They even delivered her stuff on Labor day. It was early evening and they were very respectful and professional with her. They were polite and very helpful, as well. It was a pleasure doing business with them. Good Luck in the future!

These guys are the greatest!! The price was great and the communication was even better. They were on time and my furniture was packed and delivered in a very professional manner. The guys even went above and beyond the normal un-loading procedures (we had to unpack twice) and they didn't even hesitate to help us.
