First of all the Stockton police department assisted me when my vehicle broke down, so the quotation marks are an insult. Second when I called her to explain she agreed that the following morning at 8 o'clock was acceptable, when I showed up she was not there, even after agreeing to the time. I loaded the box spring, but the mattress was old and flimsy and very heavy, it was raining and I did not want to soil it. I was there and physically tried to load it alone. The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services He was unable to move a queen sized mattress and boxsprings. He didn't call to tell me that the pick-up dates were going to be different, I had to call him. Even after we set up the time, he was unable to make it on time because he "hit a hole and his headlights went out." This whole thing has been very dissappointing to me.
