The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it.
A truck was scheduled to pick-up the vehicle but the vehicle was inoperable.The vehicle was listed as a running vehicle and was scheduled under the condition that the vehicle was operable.Messages were left on the contact number listed but phone calls were not returned.I accept this cancellation on the grounds of an inoperable shipment.Please refund their deposit.Thanks

The Vehicle was not ready for pick up. The shipper was great to work with and understood I could not wait for vehicle to be ready. Good luck.
