A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
This is a very expensive painting and I needed to my client this week There was an uncertainty if the shipment could arrive within that time
The Uship contact was very nice and was going to try to make it happen In this business transaction I had to use an artshipper who was certain about crating artwork and delivering it this week

This couple who delivered our household goods from Illinois (lisle) to california ( artesia)were great. They kept in touch with us all through their travel.
Delivered our goods on the exact time which they gave.They loaded and unloaded everything in perfect condition and nothing was broken or lost. We will definately call them again and also refer to as many people as we can.Do not hesitate to contact them for all your moving needs!!!
Our over all rating would be 10 out of 10!!

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment.
Provider had agreed to pick up my desk between October 23 and 25 when I would be in town. Due to van trouble and the fires in California, they were unable to get to pick up destination before I left town. They would have been able to pick up the desk at about 10:30 pm, but my eldery mothre was uncomfortable having someone she didn't know come to her house so late. The provider told me they would be back in the area in a week or so and would contact me with alternative dates when they could pi

Very nice people. Thoughtful and caring transportation for 2 cats. The cats were well loved and cared for and arrived in great condition. Would do business with them again. (And they had to contend with the Southern California Fire Storms, freeway closure, and delays.) Kept in touch with us during the move, too. We needed to be flexible about pickup and delivery dates and times.

Loading and unloading went quickly. My stuff arrived in the same condition and they were very professional. My one suggestion is that they could have called earlier with exact drop off date (they called on day of drop off).
