Sorry but do not do business with these people. Take your deposit money sub shipping to someone else and then you have pay more than agreed price to get your vehicle. Will talk a good game, offer to make it right but you will never hear from them. Am now very skeptical of the whole uship idea - very little control over there shipping base - did offer to help and made phone calls but I am out the money. Not a real good overall service to use. You would be better to find your own source.

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it The customer presented wrong dimension.Had it listed at 11ft and 26,000lbs.When my driver got there the unit was 50,000lbs and 13ft high.He did not have a clue of the dimension.We lost $250 of our money sending our driver on a wild goose chase.

I tell the carrier that had no load dimensions, we proporsione contact details and verified prior to the shipment of your trailer, it indicates that cualme did his job to check cargo before committing a service that could not complete

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Hauling an 80,000+ excavator demands a specialized equipment in this case a tri axle removable gooseneck.The shipper accepted bid yesterday and requested that the unit delivered today.In our initial bid request, we indicated we need atleast 5 days to move a load of this magnitude. It is almost impossible to find a trucker that will do this load at short notice like this. Since we cannot accomodate his demand,we request to cancel this load.

There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved The bid price was increased by $3,500 after the bid was accepted only few hour before the equipment was about to be picked up from the location.
Response from medafrique:
The shipment was never cancelled. Uship has been duly advised that we are still providing ocean freight services to Yassin.NVOCC mistakenly misquoted freight originally billed as a roro move. When unit was picked up NVOCC reversed charge not knowing excavator was on tracks. Flat rack container has been pulled for this move and will advise customer to contact uship that Medafrique is still handling the job.

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time On the bid this shipper stated that my vehicle would be picked up between 01/09/12 and 01/12/12 and delivered between 01/12/12 and 01/14/12. Now 01/18/12 and vehicle is still not picked up and shipper still cannot give me a date on when it will be.
