It is unfortunate that things happen that are out of our control, such as equipment braking down. The customer gladly took a discount for the inconvenience and marked on the paper work hat he is satisfied with the job done.

I will not work with this company again. My shipment was delayed by about a week and the company failed to communicate the updates to me. They would not even respond to my emails and return my phone calls. The driver was personable but the lady who managed the routing, scheduling, etc. was very rude and would consistently look down upon me. Take your business elsewhere is what I would suggest.
