Hal is a great guy, great communicator, timing was spot on, but, he needs to be a little more careful with his strapping methods... My turf got damaged because the straps were to tight and the paint in one area got scuffed into the primer coat... No biggie as my ski is all white which I plan on doing a complete vinyl wrap and the turf I planned on replacing anyways... He did offer to take care of the slight damages... Tipped him extra for arriving early !!!

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Hal failed completely on this one. I know he has a solid history and good reviews, but my word! He failed to show proper DOT and insurance documents to the dealership from where I bought my RV from. When asked, he replied,"That he would get right on that." He then just hooked up to my RV and left the dealership! A few hours away, his truck breaks down. He asks me if I have any suggestions??? Yeah, fix your truck and finish the load! Wow, nice perseverance Hal (sarcasm). He turns around,

When he arrived he could not fit the truck on his trailer, thus cancelling the shipment of it. We understood this, however have since made other arrangements to ship vehicle since no one else took our bid. So we would appreciate the refund in full credited back to our account.
