A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Customer originally said this item was at one location and I sent a truck in there to pick up and the item was somewhere else and blocked in behind other vehicles and no keys available. He also said vehicle was a flatbed rollback, but it is actually a six vehicle car hauler. I attempted to schedule a second truck and tried to call the contact at the new location. I had to leave a message and did not receive any response. The same thing happened when I tried to call customer, no answer.

Sent truck to pick up, but not at correct location and no keys, blocked in by other vehicles. Made second attempt later and no response from new contact or customer. Also this a six vehicle hauler,not a flat bed rollback as described by customer.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I had emailed this provider as much as I could to let him know what kind of trouble I was having.At his responses,I didn't think that he had an issue with my timing.I felt like I was communicating with him the best I could.I'm new to the site so I had an issue with the acceptance of a credit card anyway I got that resolved myself because I had already emailed your company for help in which I got no answer yet.But besides that this provider lead me to believe that he had no problems with the time

I told this shipper early in the morning that I would need them to accept my bid early that day so that I could get the item picked up that day and I didn't get the order until it was too late to get it picked up. I could not wait until the next day to pick up because of my schedule. Sorry for the misunderstanding.

No Detailed Feedback Available A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved 4/3/2009 We scheduled my shipment 1 weeek ago. Transport was to pick up at noon, then called me at already two hours late and said he was running behind, then calls several hours later and said that the customer that he was currently at had more items to transport and could not haul our load. He should have kept his deal with us and explained to the other customer that they didnt arrange for all of it to be hauled and that he had previous committments. My seller took off all day today 4 nothin

I am very sorry about situation, but I haul for other folks on regular basis and could not afford to get dropped by them as they are one of largest equipment dealers in country and the delay was caused by heavy rains. I do understand your disappointment.
