This company is fraudulent. This was honestly one of the worst experiences of my life. I received about 1/2 of my things after 3 months of calling and calling and calling and most of those things were broken b/c UPS sent all of my stuff to their fraud department b/c Smartestshipping doesn't pay their bill. Horrible, horrible experience.
