Rating: Negative Left by: APtransportsolutionsInc (49 ) On: 9/14/2009 For: Smoky-Doberman	let get the first thing STRAIGHT we require a crate .For transport the shipper did not have one,then I took him 20 miles out of my the way just to get paid .His DOG was trying to send me to prison Like I was MIKE VICK.the dog was very violet to other dogs. which it go right back to NO crate ,what i ask for he did not have but did ,do the shipment!

Rating: Negative Left for: APtransportsolutionsInc (49 ) On: 8/27/2009 For: Smoky-Doberman	My wife said "When he arrived, smoky was so scarred and wet from rain and pee. I wanted to cry. His ear tape is wet and falling off. He smells like pee and poop. Shaking in the back of the cab. It made me upset." Here is what I said "That makes me mad. I have already explained to him to please take well care of Smoky and I have already told him to not leave him in the back of his truck. He told me what he was supposed to do so obviously he didn't do his job. Lousy customer service." Wasn't man o Response from APtransportsolutionsInc: Shipper was totally unprepared to have the dog transported. Everything we requested of him he could not and did not provide. We made an exception to accomodate his very hostile dog. The dog became aggressive to both transporter and the other animal that we attempted to let him share the kennel with. The animal was wet due to us trying to to keep him cool under the heat because of his behavior he could no longer travel with other animals or in cab.
