The service provider did not followup on two differenct time periods for our shipment. He even stated if we could wait for the second time period he would even drop the price from $600 to $200. we waited and again no pickup. He is not returning our phone calls or emails. I wish to cancel this service provider. Please credit my credit card, again!! This is the second provider that has failed us and we will no longer utilize uship for service. I talked to the trucker and he said that he could pick the bike up in a few days. Once it came time to pick the bike up he said that he needed a few more days.
