I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period The service provider was in contact with me at the beginning and was prepared to set a shipment date. There was then a problem with the time period and he stated that we would set up the shipment within 2 weeks. That was not accomplished and I have not been able to get in contact with the service provider for the past two weeks. I gave him a deadline of today to get in touch with me and I have not heard from him.
