The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I was on the east coast and prepared to pick up snowmobile as scheduled, I contacted residence where I was to pick up the sled, I was told it had not been paid for so he would not release it. I did all I could and all I said I would do, it was out of my hands

had some delays because of construction not anticipated and lost comunication cell service along way, but completed with trailer in good shape customer was very understanding and great to work with, thank you Pierre, I do hope you enjoy your camper
