The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment In August, I contacted Gary to set up a firm date and location for my horse in Wisconsin to be shipped to us, now in Ohio. His website was down and he did not return phone calls. Other reports on your website reported he had "gone out of business". My husband had to go get the stranded horse himself. After several attempts, I reached him and he stated that he was not able to fulfill his arrangements. He claimed that he would be paying us back on a "payment plan". In November, I again
