So I had to wait an extra day in Florida. When I spoke to the shipper the first time they said it would be no problem to pick up on this Saturday at 10am... then they called back saying that they couldnt allow pick up on Saturday?!!? I have to move on so I can not stay until Monday. Response from mbwfurniture: We never advised they could pick up on Sat. We do not have warehouse or shipping personel here on Sat.

By the dimensions given us this shipment will fit on our truck. The weights given are well within the tolerable and legal limits on our truck. I offerred to send one of our 18 wheelers to pick up the load on Friday. Her comments were "I don't have time to talk to you" Her comments were these weights are pure guess'. She approved demurag

We booked shipment last week for pu today and paid fees at that time. Yesterday at 2:45 PM they sent us an email requesting balance paid in full. I aksed for a PayPal invoice, they never sent one. They also told us that we would have to pay in cash to ensure pick up today, was never told that before. Said if we paid with CC or PayPal would be an extra $30 service fee and they would pick up in thre Response from BargainMovers: Client could not read the payment details and wanted us to change our company payment terms. Drove right by the factory at the pre determined time. No payment no pickup. All other move on this load 100% positive.????

WE ASKED TO WAIT UNTIL MONDAY WHEN OUR WAREHOUSE REOPENS THEY COULD NOT ACCOMODATE. THANK YOU
