The handlers must have put the crates under a herd of elephants. Three were broken and missing things that had been packed in them, while ten came through without a scratch. Despite all the bubble wrap and peanuts... two must have been used to play football, as approximately 50% of the curios were smashed and broken beyond compare. The handlers must really work in a zoo. This is an experience with UPS that I would never , ever do again........

The contents of these plastic containers were clothes, junk and supplies, according to your listing. I apologize for the inconvenience. I was very pleased with my delivery service provided and the communication I received. There was one issue with a box arriving late but everything was taken care of in a timely matter and I received my box in no time at all. I would use this service again.

The person called me once in the starting asking the card details and all things related to money. After that he dint bother a bit to call/talk and let me know the status of the case. It took about 3-4 weeks to get me the suitcase, and I was totally lost and wondering, where the hell my suitcase is. Tried to call the same person, but could not reach to the person.
The day I finally talked to him,he said the suitcase is delivered just today. Finally I have received it.

Response from mbe4988: This is not correct. The person that had your suitcase was not available for the pick-ups and was only available on the weekend. You moved from the address you provided and expected me to deliver to the new address without knowing that you had moved. You were provided with a tracking number to track your suitcase during this entire time. I regret that this is what appears to be a negative experience for you but I tried to accomodate you as much as I could. Thank you for your business!
