Rating: Cancellation Left for: movesnj (58 ) On: 4/23/2009 For: M872 Semi Trailer - 34 Ton Capacity - Triple Axle	I am unable to reach this Service Provider after a reasonable time period We have been trying to contact this provider, but have been unable to reach him. Good communication is required to know where we stand, since we still don't have an estimated time of delivery and we don't have any type of response(we had agreed two weeks, which they already have passed). Response from movesnj: I MADE A MISTAKE ON DOING A LOAD OUT POWER ONLY MOVE ON THIS TRAILER. IT WAS VERY SHORT SO NOT VERY MANY LOAD OPTIONS FOR THIS TRAILER. I DID HAVE A TRUCK THAT WOULD HAVE PICKED THIS UP 2 DAYS AFTER BID ACCEPTANCE HOWEVER THE TRAILER WAS STUCK IN THE MUD AND WAS NOT GOING TO BE PULLED OUT UNTIL THE NEXT DAY AT NOON. THE DRIVER COULD NOT WAIT. I WAS IN CONTACT WITH THE PICKUP POINT THOUGH OUT THE TIME PERIOD. SORRY DARRYL CARGOMOTIONS

Response from L3enterprises: AGREED PRICE WAS FOR 1 TRAILER LOAD NOT TRAILER AND A HALF ALSO CUSTOMER DID NOT HAVE ALL PROPER DEMINSIONS OF EQUIPMENT.ALSO GOT VERY RUDE WITH OFFICE STAFF.BEWARE OF SCAMS
