The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment service provider contacted me via phone, in advance of the pick up date, to say their driver is in Texas with truck problems and will not make it to CA to pick up my item. I suggested a reschedule or later date pick up but the provider was not able to reschedule at that time or pick up my item after truck issues were taken care of.
