I was very happy until the delay in my delivery. The target delivery date was originally set to be on the 16th. I was expecting at home for my cat then received a call from them saying they were late on schedule and the delivery would be delayed to the next day 17th at noon. It was further delayed till midnight that day to finally have my cat back. The owner at first was very patient to address all my concerns and took care of my cat. Only the delay and travel is so torturing to my cat.

Everyone I spoke with was professional and responsive. The safe was picked up and delivered within the timeframe of the written agreement. There was no damage to the safe or the hardwood floors in the house it came from and was delivered to. I will use them again.

Truck was dropped several times from height during loading on rear suspension. Also a voice mail was left for me two hours prior to drop off time and an email. I was not available at that time and did not see the message until Tuesday. Transporter wanted $100.00 a day for three days storage plus $65.00 more for a faltbed delievry truck. Paid another $165.00 to complete this transaction. The shipping address and contact phone were provided to Uship but apparently not transporter.

Its true the truck dropped to the ground, the son's owner did not follow my instructions, truck was over sized, I secure a tow truck to load it and unload it on to my truck, The tow truck driver broke my ramps in trying to assist me, the client felt bad and offered to pay for the tow truck flat bed. My ramps cost for replacement, 1,900.00, as far as the communication fault, the couple were getting divorced and the husband was coordinating all the communication from another state.

Its a bit hard to give a positive feed back when a client does not even offer water. Not that we are expected. The apartment was located on the third floor with no elevator, about 100' from the truck and going to a second floor with no elevator. My staff worked very hard, we bought our own lunch and drank water from the faucet.. Upon arrival there was a part of me that wanted and leave,, we stayed there was one small damage to a drawer, we will fix it.. as promised. No tip either, we worked

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Please see the dialogue between MAS Transportation and myself in your email system. I had asked that a tow truck not be used to hoist my car into the semi trailer. I have had bad experiences with a flat bed tow truck and my Bentley. I made that clear that a tow truck could not be used on either end of the transport. MAS told me that his ramps could not support the weight of my Rolls-Royce. If you read MAS's history hauling vehicles, one of only a few feedbacks involves hauling a vehicle. I

I no longer need my item(s) shipped I need to cancel this shipment. My move date is delayed indefinitely. I have attempted to reach the service provider on two different occasions. I left a message with his office last week, and requested a callback but did not receive one. I attempted to call his alternate contact number (cell, I assume) on two different occasions, including today (9/24), and his mailbox is full. The service provider has never acknowledged the bid acceptance nor tried to reach me to make move arrangements.
