I was only suppose to move A couch and thirty boxes 10 x 10. Appon arriving at shippers address, she had added a U-Hall trailer and many other items that were not in our verbal contract. Included, were live animals that required special attention. Very difficult customer to deal with, customer upset because I would not help un pack items after I unloaded them. She also wanted me to go shopping with her for her pets this after having 8 hrs of down time waiting for her at no extra cost.
