I received excellent service through the entire process! I highly recommend Martin's tractor Service for anything that you would like to transport large or small. Their service is several steps above the competition. I'm not familiar with this feedback so I hope I didn't miss any section to fill out. No Detailed Feedback Available Marty was truly awesome to work with. He over communicated and picked up and delivered exactly on time. I waited for a broker for 3 weeks before trying US Ship and it was a great experience. I would reccomend Marty to anyone he was truly great to work with!

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider Shipper was told that Load/unload dates were flexible, he kept changing the p/u until cancel at 48 hours before. Knowing we would be in a huge bind. Then gave 3 or 4 invalid excuses for not coming. Mixed up the loading dates several times as well. I booked a loader and Unloader but shipper quit prior to being told. Very unreliable contact and unreliable in all of his dealings.

I tryed to set the loading time up with him-He said that he coundn't come to pickup his boat on week days , but the weekends he could. I explained we had other transports to do we could only pickup on week days not weekends and we had shipments to pickup but not until we delivered his boat.he thought we would just sit there and wait on him. In the meant time I called some boat loading/unloading --storage and let him know - after that didn't hear from him except he said this was cost him big time
