Very generous and kind reviews from shippers. Many years of experience transporting horses including expensive show horses. My Equipment includes a 2006 Ford Super Duty F350 Diesel King Ranch Dually, and a 2006 Trails West Trailer Sierra model. Trails West Trailers are well built & meet the highest standards (see photos). Our truck and trailer are well maintained. The trailer is a 3 horse slant, load with self contained living quarters, so I am always with the horses. I plan carefully and allow for frequent stops and comfortable overnights. We carefully follow the owner’s instructions, with tender loving care. My horse is usually on the trip too. Horses must be current with vet care; horses must comply with all health laws in each state traveled which is the shipper's responsibility, as is horse insurance if desired. Payment for fuel is half in advance (bank electronic transfer - for PayPal or online Visa charges please add 4%) and half (cash) before unloading. Thank you.

Wonderful family to work for. They are experienced professional horse people and the husband is one of the best farriers in the country. Their horses are well taken care of. They were very easy to tansport, on a very long trip, as a result of the love and training the owners have invested into their horses. Highly recommend these shippers. There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved THIS IS NOT THE SHIPPERS FAULT. I HAD THOUGHT THAT THE HORSE THAT I NEEDED TRANSPORTED WAS CURRENT ON COGGINS BUT WAS NOT. THE SHIPPER WAS VERY NICE TO TALK TO BUT IS NOW IN A DIFFERENT LOCATION THAT IS NOT NEAR MY HORSE. SO IM GONNA TRY TO FIND ANOTHER SHIPPER. THANKS FOR YOUR TIME:)

THE CUSTOMER IS CORRECT IN STATING THAT HER HORSE WAS NOT READY FOR PICK-UP ON THE AGREED DATE BECAUSE THE COGGINS WAS NOT DONE AS REQUIRED. Dale did such a great job transporting my horse. My mare is 30 years old, and I had concerns about how she would fare on a 400 mile trip in the heat. Dale had great follow up with me while we were organizing the trip. He called me several times throughout the trip to let me know how she was doing. He stopped very frequently to water and let her rest. I felt he cared about her wellbeing as much as I do. The owner of my stable said he was wonderful too. I would use Dale again in a heartbeat!!

Shipper was such a pleasure to work with. He was great with my dog and kept me updated to his progress. It takes some time for my dog to warm up to men and soon after meeting the shipper he was wagging his tail and getting cozy with him. Thanks for a great transaction!!!!

Great experience. Dale was helpful and patient with a last minute change on our end. Really cared about the horse. Excellent communication. Rig was excellent and clean. I hope to use him again.

This was an very professional shipper to do business with. Great farm with plenty of pull through room for large rigs. Horse was ready to travel, as were all the documents. Paid as agreed and had no surprises. Excellant communication with only one party which was a nice experience. Highly recommend this shipper.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The horse that was scheduled to be picked up was not going to be released by the party over-seeing him. Therefore, the shipper is not able to pick him up and deliver. Both parties have agreed to cancel this shipment.

The person shipping the horse cancelled the shipment. The transporter understood the shippers reasons and kindly agreed with the cancellation. We both agreed to do future business together.

They were extremely fair and kind during this entire experience. Their Dutch Warmblood had been in air flight and the cleared through the USDA customs facility in New York. The customers were patient and and we all agreed the care of this horse was the primarily concern for everyone. With admiration I could see the excitement when their horse arrive safely and in great condition. Highly recommend this kind couple as excellent shippers.

The breeder in Alabama was also great to work with and helpful in every area. He even invited me to overnight at his barn after driving all day to make the pick up. Gave me a sack full of fantastic plumbs from his tree which I ate all the way to Arizona. The shipper was equally kind and made me a great Tuna snadwich. They also invited me to stay at their beautiful ranch. Highly recommend.
