Dale did such a great job transporting my horse. My mare is 30 years old, and I had concerns about how she would fare on a 400 mile trip in the heat. Dale had great follow up with me while we were organizing the trip. He called me several times throughout the trip to let me know how she was doing. He stopped very frequently to water and let her rest. I felt he cared about her wellbeing as much as I do. The owner of my stable said he was wonderful too. I would use Dale again in a heartbeat!!

Shipper was such a pleasure to work with. He was great with my dog and kept me updated to his progress. It takes some time for my dog to warm up to men and soon after meeting the shipper he was wagging his tail and getting cozy with him. Thanks for a great transaction!!!!

a pleasure doing business. I helped her with issues around her pony even after the transport job was satisfactorly completed. Nice to work for her and I recommend her to all future transporters that win her bids.

This was an very professional shipper to do business with. Great farm with plenty of pull through room for large rigs. Horse was ready to travel, as were all the documents. Paid as agreed and had no surprises. Excellant communication with only one party which was a nice experience. Highly recommend this shipper.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved.
The horse that was scheduled to be picked up was not going to be released by the party over-seeing him. Therefore, the shipper is not able to pick him up and deliver. Both parties have agreed to cancel this shipment.

The person shipping the horse cancelled the
shipment. The transporter understood the shippers reasons and kindly agreed with the cancellation. We both agreed to do future business together.

Fantastic hauling experience! Dale was the perfect "horse whispering" hauler for our new one-man stallion (whose "man" had just died). Taking extra time to comfort and get to know him before taking off on his 1800 mile journey, Dale fell in love with his first Egyptian Arabian. We dispelled some rumors about Arabian horses, and found a very special and great new hauler in Dale that we highly reccommend to everyone, and intend to use exclusively in the future. This rare very expensive Egyptian Arab Stallion would challange to haul,so it was said. I took the job because the owners of this horse were so nice I wanted to help them out, as they were having difficulity finding someone to haul this Stallion. The other reason was I wanted this fantastic horse properly cared for, which I did. Actually, the Stallion turned out to be my best friend. His name is The Rumor and ironically it turned out to a rumor that he would hurt me.
Non-aggression paid off.

Dale took over three times as long to deliver the horse. Communication was terrible. He was full of excuses for his lateness and his lack of communication, the "dog age my homework." Not once did he call when he said he would. In fact, after I got upset, he actually had some random person call for him when he was on the road in the final leg.
When the horse finally arrived she was dehydrated and stressed and lame after 10 days of traveling. His truck broke down and his rig is horrible.

The facts do not support the negative feedback placed by shipper. Communication was frequent and as agreed,and detailed in phone records. All overnights were as agreed. Equiptment was repaired by Ford under warranty. Trailer is a top of the line Trails West, which they manufactured to RV standards. Trails West has an excellant reputation, product and warranty service. The shipper did not see the horse at pick up or drop off. Shipper refused vet checks. There is no pleaseing this shipper.
