Very generous and kind reviews from shippers. Many years of experience transporting horses including expensive show horses. My Equipment includes a 2006 Ford Super Duty F350 Diesel King Ranch Dually, and a 2006 Trails West Trailer Sierra model. Trails West Trailers are well built & meet the highest standards (see photos). Our truck and trailer are well maintained. The trailer is a 3 horse slant, load with self contained living quarters, so I am always with the horses. I plan carefully and allow for frequent stops and comfortable overnights. We carefully follow the owner’s instructions, with tender loving care. My horse is usually on the trip too. Horses must be current with vet care; horses must comply with all health laws in each state traveled which is the shipper's responsibility, as is horse insurance if desired. Payment for fuel is half in advance (bank electronic transfer - for PayPal or online Visa charges please add 4%) and half (cash) before unloading. Thank you.

Thank you Dale, for the great loving care you gave my horse on his trip to Florida. I am not sure who was most sad when the trip ended, my horse or Dale. Great communication throughout the whole trip and he made sure my horse was hand-walked and groomed during the trip. Once again thank you, there was no point of time I ever felt worried about my horse, while he was in your capable care.

Customer wants to ship horse next month and this "Book It Now" was not clearly understood by the customer. In the Ask Questions section the customer was clear on uship that she only wanted prices for a pending shipment. However, the "Book It Now" was accepted by transporter for a Now pick up. Cancellation was best for all parties. Thank you.

Both my filly and I had no prior expierence with shipping! I was very nervous and so was the horse! Dale took very good care of both of us! He is a kind gentle soul. 1200 miles later thunderstorms, cold weather and a new scary enviroment. My filly arrived in acceptible condition. Thank You Dale!

Outstanding, superb service provider. Excellent communication & care. Professional, well maintained, clean rig. My horse needed to be picked up at the Newburgh quarantine station & was released one day later as planned. Dale was extremely flexible & accomodating. During the trip he kept me updated with frequent emails, textmessages & pictures of my horse. My horse got off his new, roomy trailer relaxed, happy & healthy and I dare say he seemed sad to say goodbye to Dale.:) Thanks Dale, you rock!
