Summary: The pre-bid acceptance interaction and bid was okay. Then, it took 5 1/2 hours to load equivalent of 1 room; the service provider (and, after day 3, the driver) was constantly unresponsive to attempts to contact him; delivery was required within 3 days- it took 7 days and only after uShip became involved (picked up Saturday- delivery due Tues; delivered the next Saturday night); the service provider reneged on HIS offer to give me a discount/refund due to poor service and communication

I had a Suzuki Burgman 400 shipped from Louisana to Las Vegas. The transaction with Mark was VERY smooth. I was worried about the shipping because this industry isn't regulated by the government and I was worried about my bike but I had nothing to worry about with Matk's delivery person. I wasn't in a super rush to get it and I wasn't in a super rush to have it picked up. I would DEFINITELY use Mark for my next shipment.

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time Did not receive contact from service provider and need item picked up as soon as possible. Provider originally specified pick up would be nearly a week ago and after discussing on Thursday, understood there were complications due to family illness; but would be contacted within a day concerning pick up. I am currently unable to contact and have another offer for shipping. Would like a full refund as soon as possible. Thanks!

Shipper won the eBay bid for the boat but was not able to pay for it by MONDAY 9am as promised. We waited to pick up the boat - it is now Tuesday and still not paid for so we have to move on. Shipper AGE IS 15 years old! We're not legally able to do a contract with a person who is under age!
