Initial contact with SmartestShipping was good and efficient. Freight shipped as planned and at affordable rate. One problem arose with shipper that required contact with SmartestShip rep. No one answered the calls or returned my messages after repeated attempts. Thankfully I worked out the problem with the actual shipper. Overall, the experience was positive, but the nonresponsiveness on part of SmartestShipping is concerning.
