ABSOLUTELY THE WORST EXPERIENCE IN MY LIFE. HE IS A JOBBER AND HIS DRIVER DUMPED MY CAR OFF THE BACK END OF HIS TRAILER AND DRAGGED IT UNTIL IT FULLY FELL OFF AT THE AUCTION AFTER HOURS FOR SOME UNKNOWN REASON. ONE WEEK LATER A DIFFERENT DRIVER PICKED IT UP AND DELIVERED AND COLLECTED MORE THAN THE ORIGINAL BID IN CASH IN ADDITION TO THE DEPOSIT I PAID ON THE FIRST DAY. THIS TRANSPORTER REFUSES TO CALL ME BACK, EMAIL ME OR FILE A CLAIM AS HE SAID HE WOULD. THE DAMAGE TO MY CAR IS HORRENDOUS

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services This service provider acts like a broker and talks like he owns his own trucks. After bidding he refused to communicate with me and I found myself calling him and asking why we are missing pickup dates. He states he can not find a trucker to transport the shipment for his low bid and he would need a few hundred more, which I agreed to to move the shipment and he still did nothing.. If he does not know how to bid, he should not be bidding on U-Ship. He has now cost me storage fees......

Mario was great to work with. He was always available for calls and has a very easy going friendly manner. Most importantly, he got my car at it's destination on time without a scratch at a very,very reasonable price. I would ship with him again, anytime!

Response from RedRamCDLTrans: We had a deadline to have this boat to port to be shipped in a hurry and all worked well. I would haul for Mario anytime. Great communication always helps on runs like this and Mario was there. Paid as he said he would.
