I have been in the trucking industry for over 30 years, I have logged over 4 million miles through out the lower 48 states and Canada. I am a proud member of the million mile hall of fame for safe miles driven. My mission statement is real simple I treat all my customers as I would like to be treated and their shipments as if they were mine. We have just added a Drive away Division to our company with all our professional drivers having 5 years or more experience with 5 drivers with over 20 years experience. We are not done yet we just added a household move division both local and long distance, right now we have three teams running each team has over 10 years experience in the moving industry.

Rodney is a #1 LIAR!! THANKS GOODNESS USIP HAS SUSPENDED HIS ACCOUNT for STEALING MY MONEY!!! He got $150.00 in advance and TOOK over 2 months and NEVER delivered vehicle. He told USHIP he would RETURN the $150 over 5 weeks ago. He talks to you like he is a Christain man and ends conversation with GOD BLESS. He gave me every excuse in the book. He was in the hospital then he had a heart attack and now he has some family EMERGENCY. HE STOLE $150.00 from me and will not email me or call me.

This shipper used poorly maintained and inferior equipment to tow a 7500 lb travel trailer resulting in damage to the tongue jack from dragging on the pavement. Their truck spewed oil all over the trailer, finally breaking down 85 miles from the delivery point, where I drove and met William to pick it up and complete the trip. Rod promised to repay $300.00 to help with my expenses and repair but now ignores my emails.

These people are crooks. Do not trust them. Rodney (owner) will rip you off blind. He got his son to deliver my motor home from Arizona to Detroit. Beware of his son driving anything. They delayed the whole trip to time it with another return trip while I waited for delivery. I paid for hotel rooms, car rental, and expenses while waiting and when Rodney agreed to reimburse he never did and still refuses to pay. They are a joke and don't believe his voice mail-"God Bless". Missing hubcap.

This shipper was a pain from the begaining a team could have not got this shipment there in his time frame our goal is to get the shipment delivered in a safe time frame because of his poor trip planning he was forced to wait on the motor home. we tried to work with him I offered to even help with added expences but he got greedy and tried to get more money than he had comming my son is a very safe driver and anyone of his past customers will say that if this guy was honest with me we would pay

The customer misrepresented the shipment, and I cannot service it I clearly bid placed my bid as a driveaway this customer had the shipment listed as a driveaway as an option. this happens a lot I send drivers to pickup locations costing my company money to find out the shipments can not be driven

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved my driver was in a major accident on the way to pick this up yesterday on the way to get this shipment I did not find out about it till late last night. i SENT ANOTHER DRIVER THAT WAY THIS MORNING GUESS I WILL TURN HIM AROUND THERE IS NO WAY I CAN MEET THIS GUYS DEADLINE IT WAS ARRAINGED FOR THIS TO BE PICKED UP YESTERDAY NOT TWO OR THREEDAYS AGO LIKE THIS SHIPPER IS SAYING

Found items in Tx.. Had them returned to RB auction Hired a friend of a friend to bring them to Iowa, where I picked them up myself. THanks, I would love to get this off now. Paul

No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The service provider never showed up to pick up trailer on Friday, didn't respond to emails or phone calls till Monday. When he finally replied said he was having phone issue but the voicemail on his phone said family emergency. He said he was going to to pick it up on Tuesday and never did. Not a reliable provider. Need to get money back from uship.com do not want credit. I am unpleased with the providers that are on this website as this has happened twice in 3 weeks. Thank you!

He was 2 days late from when he agreed to pick it up. I really feel like I'm being taken advantage of, and the man has not come thru with anything promised in his bid. Please cancel this immidiately. No Detailed Feedback Available The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time I can`t make contact with the trucker he has missed two pickup dates and times that he could of loaded and the people that I am dealing with at the pickup point are not very helpful as far different load times if you are not there then you do it next time on what they say.I have sent the trucker all paper work he needs and he has not loaded yet.
