Great shippers!!! I had a mechanical delay, and I underestimated their piano's weight based on previous piano moves that I've done. Even so they provided additional help and insisted on paying my full bid amount when I offered a discount. I would ship for them (and bring my regular helper) any time in the future. Provided good directions and both locations had easy access to the pickup and delivery points. Paid as agreed.
