The customer misrepresented their shipment and I cannot service it Was supposed to have new everything on trailer when picked it up. Customer did not believe parts were needed. 3 times did not order parts. Account closed, and still willing to deliver, but never ordered parts. Now at shop getting new parts. Account suspended does not make us liars. We say parts needed, they are needed. You said you would order, but never did, main reason we said come get it. Good Day Sir.

Boat purchased with 2007 trailer. That was all I knew. Shipper took 13 days to pick up trailer then said bearings and brakes were bad.(?) I said "fix it" July 17th. They said they had no time but would do repair when they returned from delivery. Returned August 28th! (Friday) and they wanted parts to fix. Ordered parts from Bill at "Expeditor" that day. Monday Bill called and said could not deliver as shipper would not call back to confirm order. Email arrived Sept. 01 to move the boat. So I did

Wonderful people, wonderful experience. Reliable, dependable folks you can count on to get the job done. After being ripped off by a dishonest shipper and having my boat abandoned for over 2 months 3000 miles away, Rocky and Marty offered to rescue the vessel and deliver it to my destination. And they did in just a week!!! Choose these folks with COMPLETE CONFIDENCE....seriously. Thank you again for all your help and assistance.

Lyle, we can't think of a better person to rescue! You are a very nice and kind person, can't imagine ANYONE treating you the way that yahoo did. We hope you had more fun than you'll probably ever need on your vacation.We just wish that we could have met you., maybe another time. I'm sure you could come up with another toy somewhere down the road. Please call on us again if we can do anything else for you and THANK YOU for the work...

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment After waiting eight weeks for shipment the Service Provider emailed and said, for personal reasons, he can not complete the contract

Not personnel reasons, account suspended, & WHY? Trailer was supposed to be ready with hubs recently serviced & was not. Parts had to be ordered, could not wait. YOU were supposed to have parts here when we returned on 8-19 & did not. 3 more times you said you would order & did not. Finally told you to pick up your boat. Your fault parts not ordered, lets be honest here. Why bash us more, & we only tried to help you? In FL hubs rust up in weeks, not years. 07 trailer not serviced reg.
