Marcos was wonderful at first. However, the item he shipped got damaged in transit and though he said he would cover part of the cost of repairing the item, we have yet to see the money (5 months later). We have repeatedly called and emailed and still have not gotten the money he assured us he would pay. The only positive is that he didn't cash the check we paid him for the initial delivery. I chose him because he said he was a Christian family man. I would question that now!

Much more importantly THANK YOU, THANK YOU, THANK YOU for being so helpful & supportive especially considering my ineptness with computer ignorance & the workings of U-SHIP relative to that. We really were appreciative of your support & willingness to work with us in setting up time frames for both the pickup & delivery. Everything arrived in great condition just like you said it would. Marcos kept in phone contact before and after the delivery. He handled and blanket wrapped the piece very carefully so I had no concerns about damage. I would not hesitate to use him again
