After being called a liar, I did pickup after confusion on time of pickup, was told that I was not there at point of pickup, Police will verify that I was across street at time of pickup, so I left area and was called by receiver of car and with apology for his remarks. NEVER AGAIN WOULD I HAUL FOR HIM.

The shipment listing was misrepresented and the service provider cancelled.
I told manlawn04 the car was at a Manheim auto auction #1. #2 I did not know it was customary for customers to drive their vehicles on someone else’s truck. #3 manlawn would not accept my phone calls. #4 it was a week later when he told me he could not load cars on his own truck. We’ve been in the car business for 31 years and have never loaded my cars on someone else’s truck.

This person lied about the shipment, I have original sheet that clearly states vehicle was at residency, not auction barn. People like this needs to tell all facts correctly so bidders can make an informed decision about the shipment, to haul or not.

Price was great, car was delivered safe and sound. These points are mitigated by the uncoordinated pick up day and time and drop off day and time. Service Provider failed to simply use the phone and call the several numbers provided to coordinate more effectively. This caused much anxiety for both my wife at the pick up end and my self at the delivery end. All could have been avoided with a phone call! I can recommend using this provider however, plan on any inconvenience that may occur!
