The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment The shipping company they informed us that the driver for the shipment his transmission broke on his ford truck. He doesn't know how long it will take to fix his truck. Because of this problem, he told us that we can drop the transaction for the shipment and we can get another company to do the shipment.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved I chose this provider because they stated that they could accomodate a pickup on March 28th. On the 28th, they were in Mississippi, nowhere near New Jersey and did not anticipate getting to the pickup location that evening. Then, their bid acceptance stated that they accepted cash or credit card, and there was an issue with this provider accepting a credit card payment. This shipment was a gift from a family member in NJ, who wished to send me Nursery furniture for my newborn baby. Response from mandmtransport: AFTER accepting my bid, the shipper stated that there was only ONE day it could be picked up in NJ three weeks later! The so called family member ended up telling me his life story and a bunch of personal info which had nothing to do with the shipment. There was clearly a nasty issue here and I told the lady I did not have time for the drama. First she was paying cash, then she said she needed to pay with a credit card which was not even hers. Identity fraud?

Service Provider cancelled after communicating directly – did not feel comfortable moving forward Response from mandmtransport: The reason for the cancellation of shipments within a short time frame was ONLY due to the fact that I was waiting for my trailer to finish being built in OK. All shippers said they were flexible with time frames and that they would wait. Unfortunately, production of the trailer was completed 10 days later than expected.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I hoped that my shipment would of been atleast picked up by now. I did try contacting Paul and felt that My items would be picked up this week. However It looks like they will not be picked up until late the following week. I just can't wait that long. Maybe I didn't understand completely. Response from mandmtransport: Hey Mike. I apologize. I told you that I had to pick up a flatbed trailer in OK that I would use to transport your items. I asked if you wanted me to transport in my enclosed trailer last trip out but that wasn't suitable. I finally got word today from the manufacturer in OK on the completion date for the trailer. Once again, sorry for any miscommunication. Shouldn't have bid the job based on their completion date info. Paul.

The Service Provider misrepresented themselves, their business or their services Service provider pulled out at the very last minute. I am therefore asking for a full refund Response from mandmtransport: This shipper contacted me at the last minute to schedule pick up of an item from a COPART facility. Shipper was upset that I couldn't drive 800 miles in 24 hours to pick up his item before he incurred storage fees. Shipper should have tried to schedule transport sooner. I'm not going to risk my license, DOT authority or anything else to break the law for a shipper that was more concerned about wasting time in making me drop $10 on a bid than coordinating the transport sooner.
