I just want to say that Jeff and Dave were a breath of fresh air. I had never purchased a large item before and I knew nothing about having it shipped. Dave and Jeff were awsome. They knew that I was nervous about this and they made sure that they kept in constant contact with me the whole trip. The bike was a surprise for my son. Dave and Jeff went out of their way to let me know hours, and even minutes before they arrived so I could make sure that my son was not home. Thanks guys so much.
