I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment Sorry John, but we tried our best to work around your schedule. We called immediately upon notice and offered you to reschedule two weeks earlier at that time but you chose not to. Good luck.

Let's get the facts straight. Your truck had major engine failure 3 days before my pickup date, you couldn't make the pickup, then you opted to attend a family reunion rather than deliver my shipment on my alternate dates. I'm just glad my animals weren't in your rig when it collapsed. Good luck to you; you'll need it.

Thank you Richard for taking such good care of our little zoo. It was a long trip with a lot of animals and you gave them a safe ride home. You are completely reliable and the communication was great! Would highly recommend you to anyone needing to ship animals. See you down the road buddy!

John, Thank you for the job. It was truly gratifying to see Ziggy covorting about after such a long trip. I am sure it was because he was out of the trailer and he could stretch. The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment BDS had a truck problem 3 days before my shipment was to be picked up. The pickup date of 6-26 was missed by this shipper, and they could not reschedule at a date convenient for me. I am very unhappy with this shipper and am re-listing on Uship. Please refund my deposit. John Sullivan
