The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Communication was made with both parties. The service provider stated that due to unforeseen circumstances, they will not be able to transport my boat. Doctor appointments/wife working.

Unfortunately things happen.. We had unexpected family come in and were no longer able to accomidate this shipment- Customer was notified as soon as possible in order to find someone else to transport this boat to him in VA. Thanks

I contacted a broker that I deal with and they were able to get this customer his car shipped within timeframe that I had agreed upon when booking the shipment.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Within 1 hour of scheduled pickup, driver canceled, without calling me, only an email, stating an argument with the contact person at pickup location. The person at pickup location said he did not have any argument and had done everything to accommodate driver, he's a long term friend and has no reason to lie to me.
I believe shipper underbid, or found a better load and tried to blame me. Less than 1 hour notice is ridiculous.
I am looking for DEPENDABLE haulers, I do a lot of hauling!

I contacted the person at p/u and he was extremely rude to me and belittled me... did not give me a choice for a p/u time.. tried to contact him the next am to change p/u time and got no answer on several attempts. Did not feel comfortable continuing with the shipment due to the above formentioned circumstances which was the reason for cancellation. Did contact the shipper later (after he wrote this) and notified him of the above. I did not underbid- $700.00 is a good price for the job.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment Called them on 3/28/08, left a message giving them an additional 30 days to pick up & deliver shipment due to mechanical problems on one of their trucks. I haven't received a call back yet.

I spoke with the shipper yesterday to let him know that I would have his vehicle to the port by 3-31, we even discussed payment, then he cancels on me today. This makes no sense. Hope he is able to find someone to meet his shipping needs. Thanks

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate this shipment I was flexable to A&Rs pick up date for 3 weeks. They kept putting me off.
Finally, on the night scheduled for pick up I was told their transport broke a fuel pump.
My suspision is that there wasn't enough money in the job to keep their interest and they bailed out, permanently.

No, I had arrangements to p/u the car and on the way to p/u my truck was having mechanical problems and I did not want to delay this gentleman any further. The price was right on for the shipment. Thanks
