The customers shipment was delayed because of another shipment. The customer was not understanding about things and left mean messages. The customer was told about the delay a head of time. But things did work out at the end though. Thanks

Company repeatedly delayed move on short notice. Couldn't get a straight answer on move dates; phones went straight to voicemail. When I begged for someone to call me back, I got vaguely apologetic emails in reply. I understand delays happen, but the lack of responsiveness/communication turned what might have been a frustrating experience into an infuriating one. When movers finally arrived, they did a good job, but the stress and costs of delays made this no bargain. Would never use them again.

The move was delayed.This was a small shipment that was going on the truck with another larger shipment, The other shipment was delayed,not on our part,but delayed by 4 days which caused this shipment to be delayed too.The customer was updated daily and the customer was told a week and half earlier about the delay happening.The customer also had my drivers cell# and was updated by him daily as well too.We are very sorry about the delay but we were up front with the customer the whole time.Thanks
