A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved We spoke with the shipper after she put in a cancellation request.She is still wanting us to deliver her shipment tomorrow morning. We originally informed her that we would call when we headed out to pick up her shipment. As the pickup location wasnt going to be ready till after 2pm. We were delayed with another delivery and unable to get a signal or use the computer to reach her till 4:30. All is corrected and we will deliver tomorrow as promised.

For: 4x6 Rubber Stall Mats on pallets

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time Talked with provider after accepting his bid...agreed to pick up pallets today and deliver. Did not pick up...did not call. Can not reach him at the provided numbers. I am in a bind now...lost a whole day to remove these pallets that I have now 2 days to move! Very unprofessional...he could have at least called...seems like he has a record of doing this now after reading his feedback...shouldn't be allowed to advertise in my opinion...this is not a joke...this is REAL business with REAL peop

Sorry, we know you were under a time frame, and we were stuck with a broken axel on the trailer.. trying to get it repaired. Lately we had a run of bad luck, but we do siscerely apologize. I hope you got htem moved and all is well for you. Have a wonderful blessed day.

Very helpful...responded quickly to my request to pick my horse up within days. Kept communicating their locations and how the trip was going. Nice truck and trailer. Would use again...thanks!
