For: 1996 sea ray 300 sun dancer

The customer no longer needed the item(s) shipped Spoke with customer 2/24/09 after book it now. Customer said that boat was in storage and had to get with brother on pick-up date. I had not been able to speak with customer again until today. Today I was advised that his brother changed his mind and is no longer interested in shipping the boat. This book it now is so uncertain. Does, the customer have any penalties?
