There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved.
This was a Book it Now shipment. At initial contact, customer stated he was "uncomfortable" paying for shipment before it was delivered. He then told me he would go ahead and do it, but would have to get back with me the next day. Never got back to me. Thank you.
