I am no longer able to accommodate this customer’s shipment.
joe is awesome to work for and if you get the chance....... go for it. he waited patiently for us to pick up the truck and no matter how hard i tried i couldn't work it out on time. rather then prolonging this shipment i would rather cancel and give him the chance to get someone else who could get it done quicker. thanks
