This is my first shipment and a vehicle, a Rolls Royce no less, would have been a really stressful first time shipment if not for the great communication provided. I was kept up to date on any information that Magic Carpet Auto Transport received and the drivers were courteous and professional. They called before they left and gave me a solid time that they would arrive and called an hour before arriving to make sure I was available. Thanks all.

They lost the booking first, then one shipper said they couldn't accommodate the shipment, then after doubling the price the shipper still didn't pick up the van and get it to me.

No Detailed Feedback Available After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider U Ship charged me $105 to book my truck shipment. But all U Ship did was to send me to another broker who charges $150 to find me a truck shipment. That is $255 in fees and still no truck. That broker (Magic Carpet) sent me a contract that was not the shipping terms represented on the phone call.
