There was a change to the shipping price or terms that could not be resolved if u look at the questions and answers, he agreed to $750...I gave uship $112 deposit as requested...he asked for fax of pickup info, which I did...he recieved fax and called me to say that he wanted to pick up $750 ON TOP of the uship deposit...I said no!

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved my item, a forklift, was to be backfill in the shipper's flatbed. the shipper had already departed from the area when I had accepted the bid.

The Service Provider is not able to accommodate my shipment the communication with the service provider was very good, everything was supposed to work out perfectly, the driver even showed up on location nice and early for pickup, but the company would not load the product on his truck, because he has a flatbed, and they have a policy not to load chocolate on open trucks like a flatbed, only in closed trucks, so we're very sorry that it did'nt work out, it's really nobody's fault here, but we hope in the future to use him again for shipments
