Delivered bike and shipper was happy. I pointed out a small imperfection on saddlebag that was missed at pickup. Shipper bought bike unseen. After we left, shipper blamed us for "road rash" on bag under chrome protection bar?(detachable bags that had been on pavement and damaged at sometime, not disclosed to shipper). Shipper stated had pic before ship showing no cuts in leather, she would not send to me???? Tried to make shipper happy but was unable. I appoligized for her negative experience
