The home did not have address in the mailbox, so it was difficult for the driver to find the House/Farm. The driver arrived at the home and there was nobody at the home. The driver waited in front of the house by the 2 cows and the dogs. The driver waited a period of time and nobody showed. I sent several e-mails. I offered to pickup at a later date. Response from m1075: Shipper requested pickup for Sunday at 8am. He did not show up and did not call. After 4 days of calling him, I still have not received a call back, only an email that he might have another truck in 3-4 weeks. That timeline is not acceptable to me. Shipper was nonresponsive and a no show for the date and time he selected. I am very dissatisfied with this shipper.

Shipper was unable to accomodate all items that we agreed to in my shipment. Response from GThauling: I HAULED AND DELIVERED EXACTLY WHAT WAS IN THE AD! 12 RIMS AND TIRES. HE WANTED TO ADD 4 OR 5 MORE AT A DIFFERENT LOCATION THAT I DID NOT HAVE ROOM FOR AFTER LOADING MY OTHER COMMITED LOADS. I GAVE HIM POSSITIVE FEEDBACK AND SHOULD HAVE RECIEVED POSSITIVE FEEDBACK FROM HIM. I GUESS I WOULD RECONSIDER THAT IF I COULD NOW.

Response from ALsuperstore: Hello, the driver tried to deliver at 8:00am as agreed, but the driver could not find your house, because there were no numbers on the mailboxes or homes. The driver went back to the gas station to call you, but there were no pay phones in the town. After the driver found your home, nobody came out the house. The driver waited for about 15 minutes, before departing.
