Provider failed to make arrangements as agreed. Provider called me two days before they were supposed to pick up and asked for a couple hundred dollars more after they had accepted the bid. When I said "no", you accepted the bid at that price they called me on the day that the car was supposed to be picked up and said that they couldn't get a truck to me until the next day, which was too late. I had to drive car myself 3000 miles and 7 1/2 months pregnant. Do not rely on this provider!!!!!
