The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon date and time The serve provider did not show up, nor did they call to let me know. 2 days after the scheduled pick up I was able to get a hold of them and they just said things happen. Very poor customer service.

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved The provider assured me the item would be picked up on a Sunday. Provider neglected that arrangements and failed to make any communication. After several days of calling with no response, I presumed the matter was a dead one. I proceed to reflect my experience with the negative feedback. My father is still without his required wheelchair!

I have a feeling something fell through on the service providers route to get my trailer and he did not stand to make the money he was loooking for and was not man enough to call to explain! A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Shipper originally quoted the 26th or 27th of May as pickup date. Then, 2 days later and after I accepted the bid, the shipper called and said it would be the 29th or 30th. Then, the shipper wrote me an email last night to say he could get it Sunday, the 24th of May. Then, last night, he wrote to say it would be Monday the 25th. Each time I was asked to call the seller, which obviously did not make me look good. Then today he showed up at the sellers with a normal sized van to pickup a 400 pound
