A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved
I DON'T AGREE ABOUT THE CUSTOMER CANCELLATION.WE AGREED UPON A PICKUP DATE AND THEN WHEN THE DRIVER WAS ABOUT 4 HOURS OUT FROM PICKUP.THE CUSTOMER THEN SAID THEY HAD FOUND ANOTHER TRANSPORTER TO DO IT CHEAPER.SOMETHING NEEDS TO BE DONE ABOUT THEY CUSTOMERS ACCEPTING BIDS AND AT THE LAST MIN. CANCELLING.FUEL PRICES ARE JUST TO HIGH RIGHT NOW TO BE WAISTING TIME ON THE ROAD.NOW WE'RE OUT OF $465 IN FUEL + A DRIVERS PAY $200 FOR 1 DAY + 1 DAY DOWN $1000 TO FIND ANOTHER JOB = $1715.00 IT COST US.

First we never signed their contract or accepted their conditions or paid any deposit...... a pick up date was never confirmed, when asked we were told Wed or Thurs....no definite day/date was ever provided by transporter... the cancellation was emailed on Tuesday, July 1 around 4:00 pm, the driver called us at 7:30 am on Wednesday, July 2 stating he was on the way.... the reason we cancelled was as stated in our previous emails to you and the transporter...upon advice of counsel we chose n

After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider
We requested cancellation earlier for contract issues but after speaking (or rather being yelled at by one of the carrier's drivers) even without the unresolved issues this would have been a cancellation request. Could you please tell me where we are in the cancellation process and when I can expect my deposit to uSip credited back to my credit card? Thank you. Diana McGinty
