For: 360 coastal wellcraft

A scheduling conflict arose that could not be resolved Attempts to contact shipper were made everyday "by phone and e-mail", from 5 days prior to the scheduled pick up date. Customer was on vacation in the Island's, and had made communication Impossible until his return to port. Once the customer arrived at port, contact was made and the situation was explained. We had made arraingments with a reputable carrier to take our place. With the customers permission, they were hired, and the boat was picked up and delivered on time! With out any problems!

For: 360 coastal wellcraft

The Service Provider did not show up at agreed upon agreed date & time I sign with with Elite Marine Transport with the condition that my Boat a wellcraft 360 had to be move from the Marina on August 5th, and the Services Provider inform me one day before, that he can no show on this week, so I had to look for other transporter in the area to move my boat because it was urgent to get it to my destination
