After communicating directly, I am not comfortable with this Service Provider this provider when asked if he had insurance said he would have to call his insurance company and get back to me when he got back to me he informed me that i should go with someone else which i did so i would like to have my fee refunded and the company i went with is also under u ship so i see no reason why i should get screwed on this thanks so much tom

The reason for cancellation was because of pick-up date which could not be met. I was on the road and could not make the pick-up on the day requested, so I told customer to try to find someone else because he was pressed for time.
